5. Site Access
Clients are responsible for arranging appropriate access to properties for site surveys. Any delays caused by access issues may affect turnaround times and could incur additional charges.
6. Accuracy and Compliance
While we strive for accuracy and Land Registry compliance in all our work, we cannot guarantee acceptance by third parties or regulatory bodies. Our liability is limited to re-work at no additional cost in cases where our work fails to meet stated requirements due to our error.
7. Intellectual Property
Plans and reports produced by Lease Plan Surveyor remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the plans for the agreed purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for those specific services. We are not liable for consequential losses, delays to property transactions, or third-party claims.
9. Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
